Taft attorneys Jayna M. Cacioppo and William Gardner presented to the Indiana Farm Bureau on Aug. 24 at the 2016 Drainage School Seminar. Cacioppo presented "Navigating Through Wetland Laws," and Gardner presented "Regulation and Litigation Update."

Cacioppo is a partner in Taft's Litigation, Environmental and White Collar Criminal Defense groups. She has significant experience in complex environmental litigation and has defended corporations in environmental actions involving CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act and related state statutes.

Gardner is an associate in Taft's Environmental group and focuses his practice on all of the major environmental acts and various other state environmental laws, with particular emphasis on air quality law.
