Taft Law is pleased to welcome Nicole Hittner to its Minneapolis office as a partner focusing her practice on business law.
Hittner brings in-depth experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to the firm. She also has a unique background as a certified public accountant, working with a Big Four public accounting firm prior to entering the legal field.

Hittner counsels private equity firms and other businesses on deal documents, negotiating strategies, and day-to-day operations. She assists both buyers and sellers in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, food, health care, events, and hospitality. She also serves as outside counsel to various private equity portfolio companies and provides ongoing advice with respect to contract drafting, negotiation, and general business matters.
