Boulette Joins Taft's Domestic Relations Practice
M Boulette has joined Taft Law as a partner in Minneapolis. They are a member of the firm’s Domestic Relations practice. M focuses their practice on complex divorce, child custody, and family law litigation matters.
Their experience includes handling divorces with high and ultra-high net worth estates, often including closely-held businesses and family partnerships, intergenerational wealth and trusts, difficult valuation issues, and fraud and concealed assets. As a trusted resource on issues of divorce and child custody, M is frequently cited in the media, appearing in The Wall Street Journal, The Fiscal Times, Forbes.com, and the Star Tribune.
M is also among the few family law attorneys who has repeatedly argued cases on their clients’ behalf before Minnesota’s appellate courts – including multiple cases before Minnesota’s Supreme Court.
“M’s considerable experience with high-stakes divorce and family matters, combined with their litigation and appellate advocacy experience, make them a great asset to Taft’s Domestic Relations practice and to our clients,” said Jill Friedman Helfman, partner and head of Taft’s Domestic Relations group.
Before joining the firm, M practiced at a large U.S. law firm. They earned their J.D., magna cum laude, from University of St. Thomas School of Law; and their B.A., magna cum laude, in philosophy and government and legal studies from Bowdoin College.
