Howard Bobrow offered the closing thoughts in an article appearing yesterday’s Plain Dealer.  Commenting on a story about multiple lawsuits filed against the co-founders of private company InkStop, Bobrow notes the importance of disclosure and open communication from executives to their investors as a means of avoiding costly litigation.
