Taft partner Robert A. Bilott will serve as a panel member at an upcoming National Cancer Prevention Workshop in Washington D.C. on Feb. 6, 2019. The workshop is hosted by Less Cancer, a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to educating the public, creating proactive public policies and offering continuing education to industry professionals regarding cancer. Bilott serves as co-lead counsel for the plaintiff’s altering committee handling litigation against DuPont. He has been dubbed by The New York Times Magazine as “The Lawyer Who Became DuPont’s Worst Nightmare” in an article published on Jan. 6, 2016. 

Bilott is a member of Taft’s Environmental, Litigation and Product Liability and Personal Injury practices. He represents a diverse range of clients on a wide variety of matters involving federal, state and local environmental laws and related litigation.
