Taft partner Robert A. Bilott will present on 'forever chemicals' at The Flame Retardant Dilemma and Beyond 2019—an annual symposium hosted by the Green Science Policy Institute. Bilott serves as co-lead counsel for the plaintiff’s altering committee handling litigation against DuPont. He has been dubbed by The New York Times Magazine as “The Lawyer Who Became DuPont's Worst Nightmare” in an article published on Jan. 6, 2016.
