Bilott to Discuss Chemical Implicated in Wide-Spread Drinking Water Contamination on NPR Radio
Taft partner Robert A. Bilott will be a guest on "Cincinnati Edition," broadcasted on radio station 91.7 WVXU Cincinnati, on March 1 at 1:30 p.m. He will discuss PFOA, a chemical being found in drinking water supplies across the country and featured in the New York Times Magazine article “The Lawyer Who Became DuPont’s Worst Nightmare,” which covers Bilott's work to hold DuPont accountable for the harm caused by its release of PFOA in and around Parkersburg, W.Va.
