Bilott's Book "Exposure" Now Available

“Exposure”—the book written by Bilott and published by Atria Books/Simon & Schuster—is now available everywhere books are sold. “Exposure: Poisoned Water, Corporate Greed, and One Lawyer’s Twenty-Year Battle against DuPont,” tells the story of Bilott’s personal and professional journey through the litigation that uncovered the global PFOA contamination crisis.

The book has already received praise from environmental and literary leaders including Ken Cook, president of the Environmental Working Group, and Nathaniel Rich, writer at large for the New York Times Magazine and author of “Losing Earth: A Recent History.” “An intimate account of one of the most appalling environmental crimes in modern history. Exposure is a classic story of American good and American evil—of the triumph of ingenuity, diligence, and self-sacrifice over psychopathic corporate nihilism. Rob Bilott is a hero of our time,” shares Rich. To learn more or to order “Exposure,” click here.

He also serves as advisory counsel to the PSC in the MDL involving PFAS in firefighting foam. Bilott is the author of the book, “Exposure: Poisoned Water, Corporate Greed, and One Lawyer’s Twenty-Year Battle against DuPont.”

Bilott is a member of Taft’s Environmental, Litigation and Product Liability and Personal Injury practices. He represents a diverse range of clients on a wide variety of matters involving federal, state and local environmental laws and related litigation.
