Taft partner Robert A. Bilott has joined the board of Next Generation, also known as "Less Cancer," to support its mission in championing education and policy that will help prevent cancer. Bilott was the focus of a recent story in the New York Times that caught global attention, "The Lawyer Who Became DuPont’s Worst Nightmare."

Bilott is a member of the firm's Environmental, Litigation and Product Liability and Personal Injury groups. He represents a diverse range of clients on a wide variety of matters involving federal, state and local environmental laws and related litigation.
