Named the Best Lawyers® 2019 Litigation-Environmental "Lawyer of the Year" in Cincinnati, Bilott states his key professional accomplishment is, "Helping to obtain clean drinking water for tens of thousands of people exposed to toxic chemicals in their drinking water, along with compensation for serious injuries suffered by thousands of those people, while expanding scientific and regulatory understanding of the materials."
