Bilott and Lee to Present at 2019 Aim Ideas Summit
Taft attorneys Rob Bilott and Chou-il Lee will speak at the 2019 Aim Ideas Summit on Aug. 28. They will co-present “Water Contamination and the Municipal Response.” The conference features workshops covering a diverse mix of technical, nuts and bolts skills and big picture development programs focused on accelerating Indiana municipalities.
Bilott is a member of Taft’s Environmental, Litigation and Product Liability and Personal Injury practices. He represents a diverse range of clients on a wide variety of matters involving federal, state and local environmental laws and related litigation. Bilott serves as co-lead counsel for the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee (PSC) in Multi-District Litigation (MDL) against DuPont involving PFOA personal injury claims. He also serves as advisory counsel to the PSC in the MDL involving PFAS in firefighting foam.
Lee is an experienced litigator representing clients on all matters involving litigation and municipal representation. Prior to joining Taft, he worked for multiple Indiana counties, cities and towns in a variety of positions, including as Corporation Counsel for the City of Terre Haute. Lee is active with Aim where he has served on the Board of Directors and as Chairperson of the Corporate Advisory Council.
