Taft partner Tracy Betz has been selected to receive the IndyBar 2018 Women in Law Division Mentor Award. The annual award honors a female legal professional who has exhibited exceptional efforts toward being a mentor to other women in the profession. Betz will be recognized at the WLD Mentoring Program kick-off luncheon on March 6. 

Betz is a partner in Taft's Litigation practice and the co-chair of the firm's Gender Advancement Committee. She serves as a mentor to Taft associates and is active in the firm's recruiting process. Betz is a board member for Child Advocates of Marion County and serves on the steering committee for Women4Change Indiana and the board of directors for the Women4Change Leadership Series, Inc.
