Taft partner Tracy Betz has been elected to the board of directors for Integrating Women Leaders (IWL). IWL accelerates the advancement of women to drive individual and organizational growth and impact. Betz is a past co-emcee and panelist at the Indianapolis Women’s Leadership Conference.  

Betz is a partner in Taft’s Litigation practice and the co-chair of the firm’s Gender Advancement Committee. She is a board member for Child Advocates of Marion County and serves on the advisory board of the Indiana Diversity Council. Betz is also a Girl Scout Troop leader.
