Betz and Kirk Quoted in The Indiana Lawyer Article on Taft's Care@Work Paid Benefit
Taft partners Tracy Betz and Jeff Kirk are quoted in the article “Taft rolls out 24/7 care initiative as firms study family needs,” which was published by The Indiana Lawyer on Sept. 5. The article discusses Taft’s launch of the paid benefit Care@Work, an emergency family care service that helps find caregivers for the whole family. Taft attorneys and benefits-eligible employees have around the clock access to Care.com’s website and mobile app for when they are in need of a last-minute caregiver for in-home or in-center childcare, or in-home adult care. Betz is co-chair of Taft’s Gender Advancement Committee and Kirk serves as a committee member.
