Taft attorneys Tracy N. Betz and Cristina A. Costa have joined the board of directors for the Women4Change Leadership Series, Inc., a non-partisan organization devoted to mentoring and empowering women to achieve greater political leadership and civic engagement at the local, state and federal levels. Costa serves as vice president of the board, and both attorneys also serve on the Women4Change Indiana Steering Committee.

Betz is a partner in Taft’s Litigation group and is co-chair of the firm’s Gender Advancement Committee. Costa is an associate in Taft’s Intellectual Property and Litigation groups.
