Taft partner Tom Barnard will moderate the panel discussion titled “One Size Does Not Fit All: Marketing Approaches and Bar Association Involvement,” at the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Bench Bar Conference on June 17. Barnard is a partner in Taft’s Litigation group and has substantial experience in complex litigation, particularly involving environmental, insurance coverage, takings and securities issues. For over 30 years, he has represented clients in federal and state courts from Indiana to Washington, D.C. Barnard served as president of the Indianapolis Bar Association in 2019, having served on its board and as an officer for many years.
