Taft partner Tom Barnard presented at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana Fifth Annual Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast on March 23. He shared his experience volunteering as pro bono counsel, helping to settle cases and helping unrepresented litigants prepare their cases for trial. The event was highlighted in the March 30 issue of the The Indiana Lawyer.

Barnard, a partner in Taft’s Litigation and Environmental practices, has substantial experience in complex litigation, particularly involving environmental, insurance coverage, takings and securities issues. For over 30 years, he has represented clients in federal and state courts from Indiana to Washington, D.C.
