Taft attorney William C. Wagner authored an article titled “The Purpose of Proposed Rule 37(e),” which was published by Law360 on June 9. The article discusses the new rule adopted by the Committee Rules of Practice and Procedure concerning the failure to preserve electronically stored information (ESI).
