Taft attorney William C. Wagner authored an article titled “The Purpose of Proposed Rule 37(e),” which was published by Law360 on June 9. The article discusses the new rule adopted by the Committee Rules of Practice and Procedure concerning the failure to preserve electronically stored information (ESI).
Wagner is a partner in Taft’s Indianapolis office. He focuses his practice on environmental law, complex litigation and white collar defense and has taught trial skills to lawyers and expert witnesses as an instructor with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy for more than 10 years.
