Arnold and Butler to be Honored as Leaders of the Year at Chicago Women Leading Real Estate Event

The event will connect and honor the leading professionals in Chicago real estate. Award honorees have made a significant impact on the advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry.

Arnold has played a key role in shaping the landscape of many of Chicago’s most diverse neighborhoods and business communities through her wide-ranging real estate practice. She handles all aspects of condominium law, from development to working with homeowner’s associations and deconversions. She assists clients in the areas of real estate development, leasing, mixed-use projects, restaurants, mixed-use high-rise development, vertical subdivisions and separations, and commercial financing (lender and borrower representation). 

Butler focuses her practice in the areas of land use, zoning, entitlements, urban planning, public incentives, historic preservation, and economic development, as well as general real estate transactions. She has negotiated and enacted economic development and historic preservation incentives, performed general property evaluations and zoning due diligence, and structured and closed numerous real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
