Adrian D. Thompson Elected to Cleveland Area Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors
Adrian D. Thompson, partner in the Labor and Employment and Public Law Practice Groups at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Area Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Mr. Thompson was sworn in at the association’s annual meeting on June 22, 2011.
Mr. Thompson, a resident of Highland Heights, Ohio, focuses his law practice on the representation of school districts in contract negotiations, grievance arbitration, litigation, education of the disabled and employment discrimination matters. He also provides counsel for private sector clients on issues including equal employment opportunity litigation, wage-hour problems, employment of the disabled, federal housing, and other labor matters.
The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading, global voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care and support, and the largest private, nonprofit funder of Alzheimer’s research. The Cleveland Area Chapter is one of over 70 Alzheimer’s Association chapters serving communities across the United States. The chapter serves Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Lorain counties.
