The trio was mentioned as contributing to one of the winning private briefs for the Best Private Brief category. The brief, submitted by Ice Miller LLC, was drafted to defend the constitutionality of amendments, statutes and regulations legalizing gaming in Ohio on behalf of casino and video lottery terminal companies.
