The DuPont Case - Environmental Law Group Update

Join the Environmental Law Group for a presentation by Taft attorney Robert A. Bilott on the widely-publicized litigation against DuPont relating to PFOA/C8 contamination. Bilott will speak on the issues surrounding PFOA/C8 contamination from a scientific, regulatory and legal perspective, including how PFOA/C8 contamination has spread throughout the world over the last 50 years.

Please note that because the litigation against DuPont is ongoing, Bilott will not be speaking on or answering questions about the specifics of the litigation.
