Telehealth Law Forum 2018

Taft is a gold sponsor of the 2018 Telehealth Law Forum on Sept. 20 in Chicago. Participants will hear from legal, compliance, operational, clinical and technology authorities about “what it takes” to build and operate a successful telehealth program. The Forum will focus on historical uses and exciting new opportunities in telehealth, fundamental legal issues, compliance and liability considerations, clinical and operational challenges as well as revenue opportunities. Speakers will include both state and federal regulators, as well as industry leaders in the areas of substance use disorder treatment, chronic care management and behavioral health.
