Imposing Sanctions in Arbitration: Just How Far Can You Go?

Taft attorney J. Timothy Eaton will co-present the American Arbitration Association webinar “Imposing Sanctions in Arbitration: Just How Far Can You Go?” on April 29 at 1:00 p.m. ET. The webinar will focus on the authority of arbitrators to impose sanctions, the “rules of engagement” in arbitration and zealous advocacy.

Eaton is a senior litigation partner in Taft’s Chicago office. He is an active arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is on the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals for the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Dispute Resolution. Eaton is also a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and a member of the Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He is a frequent speaker and writer on arbitration and appellate practice.
