Damages in Personal Injury

Taft partner Mark T. Hayden will present at the National Business Institute seminar “Damages in Personal Injury,” on Oct. 30 at the Holiday Inn Cincinnati-Eastgate. This seminar will address how to analyze and quantify the effect of an injury on the plaintiff’s current and future life to maximize or contest the recovery.

Hayden focuses his practice on business disputes and personal injury litigation, with particular expertise in the areas of wrongful death, products liability, competitive practices/unfair competition, insurance, construction litigation and intellectual property litigation.
