2026 Energy and Public Utilities Law Section Annual Institute
This year, the 2026 Annual Energy Institute will be held at Taft’s Minneapolis office. The seminar features industry and legal professionals who will share their knowledge and expertise to help attendees stay up to date on key developments and emerging issues in energy law. Join us for the half-day CLE filled with panels on data centers, high energy burdened customers, and an ethics CLE on artificial intelligence for lawyers. The Institute will also include opening remarks from Joesph Sullivan, Vice Chair of the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission.
