Zimmerman Quoted on Cincinnati Museum Center Fundraising Campaign
Taft partner James Zimmerman was quoted in the article “Cincinnati Museum Center raising funds for $85 million campaign to update, add exhibits,” which was published on March 11 in the Cincinnati Enquirer. Zimmerman is co-chair of the Champion More Curiosity campaign which is the largest in the museum center’s history and will fund the buildout of nine new exhibits and update four existing exhibits.
Zimmerman is the partner-in-charge of Taft’s Cincinnati office and represents businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, securities offerings, and strategic partnering transactions. He serves as outside counsel for numerous growth companies and represents private equity and venture capital firms in fund formation and portfolio company investments.
