Zimmerman Moderates Discussion on Transaction Diligence at ACG GLCC Conference
Taft partner James M. Zimmerman served as moderator for the panel discussion on “Transaction Diligence: The Art of Smart Due Diligence and Common Evaluation Pitfalls” at the ACG Great Lakes Capital Connection Conference. Taft was a sponsor of this networking conference, held Sept. 1-2 in Cincinnati at Great American Ballpark. More than 900 M&A professionals gathered for networking and insights into the biggest trends in corporate growth, finance and exits.
Zimmerman represents businesses, investors and entrepreneurs on a range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, securities offerings and strategic partnering transactions.
