Zach Gordon Joins Taft's Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups
INDIANAPOLIS, IN — Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP announces that Zach Gordon has joined the firm’s Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups as an associate in its Indianapolis office.
Mr. Gordon received his B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 2005 and his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in 2009. His practice focuses on all aspects of business and intellectual property litigation, including trademark, unfair competition, trade dress, counterfeiting, dilution, false advertising, copyright, trade secret and licensing matters. Mr. Gordon routinely works with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to seek the prohibition, seizure and destruction of infringing and counterfeit articles imported into the United States.
Prior to joining Taft, Mr. Gordon was an associate with Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione in Chicago. He served as a Post Graduate Judicial Intern for Chief Judge James Holderman – N.D. Illinois prior to that.
