Taft partner Michael Young will participate in a panel discussion hosted by the TAG Fintech Society on June 18 at Taft’s Atlanta office. The event, “Deploying AI in Fintech and Banking Products: A Practical Discussion,” will bring together industry practitioners, legal professionals, and audit professionals to discuss the legal and governance considerations surrounding AI-powered products and services in the financial services sector. Young will join fellow panelists in examining regulatory guidance, emerging risks, business considerations, and AI frameworks impacting fintech and banking companies.

Young is a partner in Taft’s Privacy, Security, and Artificial Intelligence practice group. He advises and represents clients on complex privacy, artificial intelligence, and data protection issues and has substantial experience advising product and service development in regulated areas, including AI and FinTech. Young also handles international matters for global clients and helps companies navigate strategic and transactional challenges across a wide range of industries.
