Taft is pleased to announce that Benjamin A. Wolowski has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office as an associate in the Environmental and Litigation groups.
Wolowski focuses his practice in environmental litigation, with a particular emphasis in complex toxic tort litigation in state and federal court. Prior to joining Taft, he worked for Illinois’ Office of the State Appellate Defender. He was also an intern for Hon. David F. Hamilton in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Hon. Richard L. Young in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.
Wolowski received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from the University of Evansville.
