Taft Dayton Partner Chris Wolcott has been installed as president of the Dayton Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA).

The FBA is a national organization dedicated to advancing the federal legal profession and strengthening the administration of justice. Its Dayton Chapter brings together federal judges, attorneys, and legal professionals to promote professional development, education, and engagement within the Dayton legal community.

Wolcott has been involved with the Dayton Chapter of the FBA since 2020. He will serve as its president for the 2026-2027 term.

Wolcott is a trial lawyer and a partner in Taft’s Dayton office where he is a member of the Litigation practice group. In his near decade of experience, Chris has represented clients through all aspects of the civil litigation process, tried multiple cases to winning verdicts in both state and federal court, and has successfully defended those verdicts on appeal.
