Wilcox to Speak on U.S. Trademark Office Changes at Strafford Webinar
Taft partner Amanda Wilcox will be a panelist for the Strafford live webinar “U.S. Trademark Office Changes and the Impact: Rules to Implement the TMA, Specimen Requirements, Foreign Applicants” on Nov. 8 at 1:00 p.m. EST.
The CLE course will discuss the latest rule changes by the U.S. Trademark Office, including those implementing the Trademark Modernization Act (TMA). In addition, panelists will walk through the impact of these changes on trademark applicants, registrants, and U.S. trademark practice and offer best practices for working within the new rules.
