Taft is a sponsor of the Illinois Restaurant Association’s 4th Annual Meet the Experts. Taft attorney Patrick Wartan, chair of the Food and Beverage group, will serve as one of 17 experts at the event. Attendee restaurant/bar/hospitality operators will be able to reserve 15-minute speed coaching sessions with the experts of their choice.
