Taft Chicago partner Patrick Wartan will moderate the panel discussion, “The Future of the Restaurant Industry,” on Nov. 19. The virtual program, hosted by The Hatchery, will dive into the current state of restaurants and alternate dining experiences. The panel includes chefs and restaurant executives who will share the innovative opportunities that have arisen due to the pandemic.
