Wallace is an accomplished trial lawyer and mediator and leads Cleveland’s litigation practice. He represents clients in complex business and product liability litigation, class action, and shareholder litigation. He is also a skilled mediator of business disputes with a significant interest in alternative dispute resolution. In addition to his 38 years of experience representing litigants in and mediating complex commercial litigation matters, Wallace is also a graduate of the intensive Mediating the Litigated Case program at the Straus Institute at the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, one of the world’s leading academic and training centers for alternative dispute resolution.
