Waklatsi Presents Business Lunch Session to African American Chamber of Commerce
Taft Cincinnati attorney Kevin Waklatsi recently presented, “Business Essentials: Start Smart and Understand Business Formation Basics,” at a lunch and learn hosted by the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) on Nov. 18. His presentation covered the different types of business entities, the pros and cons of each structure, and next steps for establishing a business.
The African American Chamber of Commerce (AACC) was founded in 1996 to advocate on behalf of emerging and established businesses, help create new market opportunities, provide access to capital, and revitalize African American communities. The AACC is the largest African American Chamber in the State of Ohio and provides over 120 programs, events, and workshops to small businesses and entrepreneurs.
