Taft partner William C. Wagner authored an article published by The Indiana Lawyer titled “Who will pay to clean up Indiana's polluted deep aquifers?” The article examines the EPA's new Superfund sites in Indiana.

Wagner focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, environmental litigation and white collar defense. He has taught trial skills to lawyers and expert witnesses as an instructor with the National Institute of Trial Advocacy for 15 years.
