Bill Wagner has accepted an invitation from the board of directors of the American Bar Foundation to become a Fellow of the Foundation.  Selection as a Fellow is "recognition of a lawyer whose career has demonstrated extraordinary leadership to the profession, service to society and commitment to the ideals and objectives of the American Bar Association." Membership is by nomination and is limited to one-third of one percent of lawyers admitted to practice in each jurisdiction of the United States.
