Taft attorney Ashley Ulbricht will present at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) “Advanced Land Use and Zoning With Local Governments” program on Aug. 4. Her presentation will address key legal ethics considerations in land use matters.

Ulbricht focuses her municipal practice in litigation with a concentration on redevelopment, real estate, utility and telecommunications, zoning and planning, land use, construction project management, code enforcement litigation, public safety discipline, contract negotiation, employment law, and §1983 litigation. She also advises clients on public-private partnerships, public safety risk management, and police and fire contract negotiations.
