Taft attorney Ashley Ulbricht will present at the International Municipal Lawyers Association’s (IMLA) Section 1983 Program on July 29. Her presentation, “Section 1983 Case Law Update,” will address recent developments and key issues related to Section 1983 litigation.

Ulbricht represents cities, towns, counties, special taxing districts, land developers, and 501(c)(3) organizations. She focuses her practice on municipal law, land use, public finance, economic development and redevelopment, and local government representation. She serves as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, and general counsel to municipalities, counties, redevelopment commissions, utilities, and other public entities throughout Indiana. Ulbricht is also an experienced litigator who advises clients in §1983 litigation, ADA defense, code enforcement, and construction project disputes.
