Taft attorney Ashley Ulbricht will present at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) “FOIA for Attorneys: Draft Smart Requests, Fight Denials, and Get Results” program on Sept. 21. Her presentation, “Handling Agency Responses: From Basic Follow Up to Appeals and Litigation,” will address partial releases, redactions and exemption codes, delays and backlogs, follow-up and escalation strategies, and administrative appeals and litigation.

Ulbricht focuses her practice on representing clients in municipal law and public finance. She has a substantial background in handling land use and zoning, real estate, and general civil litigation matters.
