Columbus partner-in-charge Janica Pierce Tucker will be awarded the Ohio Women’s Bar Association 2022 Leading the Way Award on Nov. 10. The award honors outstanding women lawyers who demonstrate exemplary leadership in the legal profession and their communities. Recipients of the award are committed to the promotion and enhancement of women in the legal community by inspiring and mentoring other women to raise their performance to the same high standard.

Tucker represents clients in all aspects of employment and labor law. She is also active in civil trial, appellate litigation, and commercial litigation. In addition, she is a member of Taft’s Executive Committee and serves as co-chair of Taft’s firm wide Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
