Adrian D. Thompson, co-partner-in-charge of Taft Cleveland and the firm’s chief diversity officer, has been invited to join the Leadership Ohio Class of 2019. With a limited number of applicants accepted into each class, entrants are selected based on the merit of their applications by the board of trustees and the executive director of Leadership Ohio. Thompson joins a class of 23 members.

Leadership Ohio members are comprised of a diverse body of top talent that are part of various professions, backgrounds, experiences and generations. The organization cultivates experiences that elevate each member’s knowledge, perspective and connections from a community to a state-wide level. Leadership Ohio also provides transformative statewide experiences across all regions in Ohio to best serve the members’ communities, workplaces and the state of Ohio. The Leadership Ohio experience is made up of eight, half-day immersive leadership inquiries from April through November, as they transverse the state—engaging leaders in all regions of Ohio.
