Thompson Quoted in Crain’s Cleveland Business Diversity and Inclusion Article
Taft partner Adrian D. Thompson was quoted in the Crain’s Cleveland Business article “Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s approach more diverse,” which was published on June 6. The article is a follow-up to the May 20 CMBA Diversity & Inclusion Conference, in which the findings of the bar association’s first-of-its kind diversity and inclusion survey of 424 legal groups, including 318 law firms in Northeast Ohio, was presented to the attendees.
Thompson serves as Taft’s Chief Diversity Officer and also served on the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s diversity committee. As a Labor & Employment Law partner, he provides counsel for private sector clients on issues including equal employment opportunity litigation, wage-hour problems, employment of the disabled, federal housing and other labor matters.
