Taft partner Dave Thomas was re-elected to the Columbus Bar Association’s Board of Governors, which promotes professionalism, education, advocacy and community service on behalf of a diverse community of nearly 5,000 central Ohio legal professionals. Thomas will serve a two year term.

Thomas is a member of Taft’s Corporate Compliance and White Collar Criminal Defense practice. He represents companies, public officials, health care providers and other professionals who are the subject of state and federal investigations and prosecutions. He also assists clients in responding to subpoenas from government regulators, including federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Drug Enforcement Administration and state agencies such as the Ohio Auditor’s Office, Ohio Ethics Commission and Ohio Inspector General.
