The Firm Welcomes Litigator William McFadden
The firm is pleased to announce the addition of attorney William McFadden to the firm. McFadden joins as a partner and member of the business litigation section.
McFadden is a seasoned attorney with an established record of successfully defending railroads and other self-insured entities. Most recently he served as Regional Claims Director at BNSF Railway Company, where he led an innovative team that investigated incidents in eight states and proactively risk-managed lawsuits and claims. Prior to his time at BNSF, McFadden spent nearly 10 years as a litigator in Chicago, focusing on the defense of Class I railroads and other self-insured entities in state and federal court, FELA litigation and commercial litigation.
McFadden earned his law degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law and his undergraduate degree at Saint Xavier University.
