Taft partner David R. Tavolier will be a panelist at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 36^th Annual Real Estate Law Institute, which will take place Nov. 13-14 at the CMBA conference center. Tavolier will join three other attorney panelists on Nov. 14 for a discussion of “Resolving Disputes in Real Estate Investment Entities.” Tavolier is chair of Taft’s Tax group and is also serving as program chair for the 2014 Cleveland Tax Institute, which will be held Dec. 3-4.
