Taft Secures Zoning Changes for Fry’s Electronics
Taft Chicago real estate partner Graham Grady assisted Fry’s Electronics in obtaining unanimous approval to rezone and designate their retail store at 3300 Finley Road in Downers Grove, Ill., as a planned unit development to allow for modifications to existing signage and the installation of a tollway monument sign. The store at the intersection of Interstates 88 and 355 opened in 2004 and is the chain’s only retail outlet in Illinois.
